Refund and Return Policy
Product returns or exchanges are allowed within 7 days from the date the order is received. After this period, returns or exchanges may not be accepted.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging, including the box, certificate, and any accompanying accessories. Products damaged due to use cannot be returned.
Customized products, made-to-order items, resized products, or products modified according to customer requests cannot be returned or refunded.
In case of a manufacturing defect, repair, replacement, or correction will be provided at no additional cost to the customer. The product must be returned for inspection before replacement or repair is approved.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed after the product has been returned and inspected. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping costs for returning the product are usually covered by the customer, except in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect or the wrong item was sent.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the product does not meet the conditions listed above.
